Under ObamaCare, health insurers must in some cases send rebates to insured individuals. Under new regulations, the Wall Street Journal reports, they also have to emphasize to recipients that this money comes to them as a result of "the Affordable Care Act--the health reform law ."

Is this merely a requirement that the insurers say why they're sending the checks? Or is the government forcing insurers to run an ad for ObamaCare -- and by extension, the reelection of the President? Well, this may be a clue: Last month, Kathleen Sebelius, the cabinet secretary whose department issued the new regulation urged doctors "to educate people" about ObamaCare. "We don't need to tell them that the Affordable Care Act is going to change the world," she said. "We just need to tell them how the law can help, right now ."
