Isidora Kolar is the Chief Executive Officer at ARCE. She holds an LLB degree in Law and an MA degree in Terrorism, Organized Crime and Security. She has been involved with the libertarian movement in Serbia and Europe since 2013, participating in numerous programs, events and rallies. She joined ARCE in 2018 as a Project Manager, from which she went on to become, Chief Operating Officer, and, from February 2021, CEO. She is a lecturer on ARCE’s programs, specialized in Objectivist Ethics, and an accomplished public speaker, participating in Atlas Network, SFL, ARC Ukraine and other events.
